Grrrr......
My mum sent me the hotel booking confirmation for Asylum 8 yesterday for me bday and having just checked it, they’ve overcharged her by £222.40!!
She went via the Rogue Events website to book the room but the room rate had got the wrong reference on it.
I called the hotel but because the room is non-refundable, non-changeable and we can’t cancel it and they refuse to do anything...
