Pathetic really that at te age of 32 i had to get my mother to sort it for me.
But then she IS the cardholder for the room booking so they probably wouldn’t have sorted it for me anyway.
So, i now have the room i wanted at the rate it should have been AND i’ve got £20 hotel credit for the cock up.
